This is the band’s 1st appearance down Colorado Blvd. The band, part of a larger Green Band Association, is a charity band formed 10 years ago and headquartered in Kyoto, Japan, the center of Japanese culture and former capitol of japan. The 180-member band was created specifically for this march at the Tournament of Roses and consists mostly of high school and college students from Hokkaido, Japan.
