What actions could I take to curve my 12 month old daughter’s unacceptable behaviour?

Recently, our year old daughter has started acting out, but oddly only for me and my fiance, I’ve asked our Nanny if she’s noticed anything, but she doesn’t seem to have any problems. She’s very mobile, been walking since 7 months, so she’s often into things I’d prefer her not to play with… I try redirecting her with her own toys often, but it ceases to work for me… instead of accepting whatever I give her to play with she often hits and screams, or just stands there and bounces up and down waving her arms like crazy… She also does the same thing around bedtime, and whenever we have to leave the house. I usually end up just picking her up and trying to console her until she calms down.. but at the same time I realize that giving in every time isn’t helping… what could I do?
