How Do You Avoid Puking On Rides At Amusement Parks?

Okay I Went To Indiana Beach Like 2 Or 3 Years Ago And I Puked On A Ride And Then Felt Really Sick And Couldnt Ride Anymore Rides That Day And I Had Only Gott To Ride 2 Rides. It Really Sucked!! And I Dont Want That To Happen Again When i Go To six Flags This Summer.!
And It Was Really Really Really Embarassed.
And Now I Am Kinda Afraid To Go On Rides Again Because I Am Afraid I Might Throw Up!
So Is There Anyway I Can Prevent Throwing Up?

    John David says:

Motion Sickness tablets. You can get them over the counter. One thing is for sure. The more you think about being afraid to throw up, the easier your stomach gets upset. Hard to fight it, but when you think “I hope I don’t get sick,” you get nervous and you start feeling sicker.

The only way to do this would be to make your body learn to not puke. Even if you haven’t eaten you can still end up puking up stomach fluid. Soda crackers can be eaten as they reduce the chance of vomiting, or so I’ve heard.

i don’t have to worry about that cuz i don’t get motion sickness on rides.
i do however get car sick (when my mom drives) and plane sick so i started using seaband wrist bands. they work well.
you can get them from walmart for about $8.
here’s a pic of what they look like:
