If you are wanting to schedule a new party or event, or if you are looking for general information, just press 701.  For those of you that have existing parties and need to make changes, pay your deposit with credit card or any other changes press 702.  If you need to talk to someone about supplies, party goods, balloons, prizes etc, just press 703 to be connected to your retail store.

This should speed up your response time as sometimes you just need to ask a quick question, make a payment or confirm your event and it might take us a while to get back to you because of the number of calls we are currently processing.  Please take advantage of this new system as it should speed up our response time to your questions and requests.

A few interesting facts about our calls:

-  Mondays and Fridays are the days most calls are received.

-  Most calls are between the hours of 11:00 and 3:00.

-  Thursday is the day that the least calls are received.
